- However should a problem exist we will do everything possible to assist
It's a win-win ! ! Our customers get great coffee from ultra-reliable machines and we at Koffeeone can get on with the job of selling great machines and coffee products. But, if a problem does occur, it is a core mandate of ours to ensure that the experience for you is a pleasant one. It's the reason we have such a great reputation for exceptional service levels and after-sales support.
- Coffee Machine Problem? No problem
- Corporate Customers - Email, phone or fax and a representative will be in touch within four hours
- For Domestic machinery the machines need to be returned to Our Rozelle Service Centre or one of our certified repair centres
- Machine Repairs? If your machine needs to be repaired we'll do our best to give you a detailed return delivery date and time.
Our support levels are first class. If you have a question the same Koffeeone representative you dealt with when you first bought your machine is the same person you'll deal with always. He'll know your needs and your machine and you'll know him. Koffeeone truly has personal service.
